If you are not comforable wearing a bikini an ideal alternative is a tankini because it is not too revealing.  Other option include picking a suit with a keyhole which is effective at drawing the attention away or a low cut style will draw the eye to the decolletage instead of the the mid-section.

Health Tip:Eat an Apple before lunch

Eat an apple before lunch.  Researched found that people who did consumed nearly 190 fewer calories at the meal then those who consumed 125 calories in the form of juice or applesauce.  A whole apple feels like more.  It has more fiber and more nutrients and keeps you full longer. 

Don’t discount peanuts as a healthy snack

Researchers asked people to eat 500 calories (a little more then 1/2 a cup) of peanuts everyday for 8 weeks and their triglycerides levels dropped significantly and their intake of heart healthy nutrients such as folate, magnesium and fiber increased and the subjects hardly gained weight.   

Should I cut my cuticles?
