Four steps to a perfect, long lasting manicure

1. To a clean, dry nail, apply an adhesive basecoat. Allow a couple of minutes to dry.
2. Apply two then coats of polish allowing time to dry between coats.
3. Apply a thin layer of top coat.
4. Do not touch anything for 20 minutes.
