Tips for using the highlighter pen?

Try dotting highlighter on the inner and outer corners of the eyes to brighten them and around the nose if it is pink there.

If you wear foundation apply the highlighter on top of that and powder goes on last.

Some highlighters have a rosy tone, dot and blend a little above your eyebrows and on top of your cheekbones.
